I am a passionate and driven leader dedicated to building innovative and inclusive payment and lending solutions for MSME in India. Currently, I head Lending at JSW One Platforms. Previously, I led the Current Account business at IDFC First Bank, managing the strategy, execution, and growth of the Self Employed portfolio with focus on MSME. Before that, I headed the Merchant Acquisition business, leading a team focused on POS, QR, Soundbox, and Payment Gateway solutions. As the National Head of Unsecured SME Loans at Clix Capital, I successfully scaled a profitable and resilient portfolio that withstood the challenges of COVID-19. I worked closely with analytics to reward and retain valuable customers and led a team that engaged directly with clients to build strong relationships along with managing business through channel partners.
