  • We set out to digitize appointment-first service companies in India. Most of them relied heavily on WhatsApp, first-degree networks, and Excel sheets to generate business, communicate, and manage clients.

  • Along the way, built and shipped the core stack — booking system, no-code website builder, CRM, payments, and analytics. We grew into a lean 13-member cross-functional team, contributed across product, architecture, GTM, and fundraising.
