• Ranking and discovery are often invisible to users - but they shape everything. At Meesho, I led the product effort to make new products findable, relevant, and conversion-worthy on one of India's largest e-commerce platforms.My work spanned the full stack — from defining the 9-month roadmap and North Star metric for our IPO readiness initiative, to working hands-on with Legal, Design, Ops, and Business stakeholders to align on compliance. On the ranking side, we moved the needle on what actually matters: new bestseller discovery went up 33%, and new product conversion grew 2.5x. Along the way, the ML Ranking team was recognised as Star Team of the Quarter - twice.

• Meesho's ambition was to be the most supplier-friendly platform in the industry. I joined the Cataloging & Taxonomy team in Supply Growth at a time when catalog quality was a real growth lever — and set out to reduce the friction that made it hard for suppliers to list well.
• I owned analytics and experimentation across all new and existing initiatives in the charter, helping the team make faster, more confident decisions. Beyond the data, I worked on product development for tools that directly improved catalog quality — managing compliance, cost, and friction-related streams on the supply side. Two things I carried throughout: a bias for speed over perfection, and keeping the problem — not the solution — at the center of every conversation.

• In Sprinklr I was part of Product Insights team in AI division. The Team's work revolved around AI driven insights generation from e-commerce and social media for commodities and products of different Brands. Some pointers about my work @Sprinklr
• ● Devised and formed the roadmap for Product Catalogue formation, Onboarding Process and Dashboard Setup for two major global brands for Sprinklr. The process helped clients onboard faster on Sprinklr and get hands on quickly.
• ● I managed product cadence for Sprinklr's biggest client and worked on automating the different micro-processes within the cadence cycle to make the overall process smoother and faster by roughly 40%.
• ● Built AI driven dashboards to prospective clients, managed the build requirements and several custom functionalities on request basis.

• 1. Used live property-level data to perform Hub, Cluster, Zone & BD level data analysis.
• 2. Integrated dynamic cash-margin cluster bucket category in the property level live dashboard.
• 3. Created dashboard for quarterly stock analysis. Redefined cluster boundaries with new feature.
• 4. Cash-margin bucket aided in optimizing the incentive model for better supply management.
• 5. Used open source geo-spatial data for visualizing monthly stocks in the map using geo-panda.

• 2. Developed features for social-network analysis on extracted data using excel and python libraries.
