About

Born in Gulbarga , Anant earned a commerce degree, followed by Masters's in Human Resource Management. Anant started his career with QualiBrisk in 2007 as an HR Consultant. At QualiBrisk, he was often referred to as the face of the HR team. In 2011, he moved to ADOBE to lead HR activities for its growing Bangalore Software division. Then the professional journey continued and joined ALSTOM India Ltd to work as HR Manager for Software Division. Anant played a vital role in the growth of the software division and was part of the organizational move in terms of talent development and succession planning. Anant has worked with Yokogawa & Just Energy India focusing on key HR initiatives i.e Talent Development, Culture Change Management, D&I Initiatives, and Employee Engagement Initiatives. Currently, Anant is working with ABB Innovation Center as HR BP. In his career of 18 + years, Anant has been exposed to a wide spectrum of Human Resource activities ranging i.e. performance & talent management, learning & development, employee engagement activities, location-specific human resources support, analysis and interpretation through reports.
