• Led Content Storage Gateway, a collection of services that expose internal and external APIs to manage and store all content bytes from millions of Box users. The platform comprises a set of highly scalable, high-availability distributed services running both in our data centers and the public cloud in multiple geographical regions serving a worldwide customer base. The APIs take traffic from millions of customers, transferring petabytes of data in billions of files.

• Developed the DVD procurement system from scratch, which interfaced with Oracle financials and EDI.

• Developed web applications and desktop applications for indirect materials and human resources. I worked in different roles like sr. software development engineer, architect and technical team lead.
• Developed common modules(shared objects) on .net which was part of the framework that was developed inhouse.
• Developed custom grid for the web, which was heavy on javascript, HTML and css.The grid supported inline addition, editing and deletion. Didn't have ajax at that time, so it was full blown form post .
• Early part of the career@intel, most of my software development was on internet applications with a layered middle tier on COM/DCOM components.
• Some of my projects were a one man show which gave opportunity to start from swim lanes for Business process design, and then on to Use cases and coding.
• I also mentored 4 junior developers on .net and SDLC for quick ramp up.

• Developed fat clients for costing systems for paper manufacturing, inventory management systems for cigarette mfg. and wrote algorithms for tax calculations for payroll.
• Developed base objects (base classes), data entry screens, database triggers, batch jobs and reports for client server application for a costing system which measures key performance of different responsibility centers in the manufacturing of paper products.
• Developed all the transactions, queries and master screens for inventory management system for tobacco leaves in the manufacturing of cigarettes. Developed query utilities which can slice and dice data for analysis of the leaf inventory.
• Developed algorithms for batch jobs written in PL/SQL to calculate Professional Tax and Gratuity, data integrity checks, reconciliation and allocation reports for payroll system.
