  • As a member of the Amazon Marketplace team, improved the UX of the Account Info page for Sellers, decreasing the seller support calls by a third of the usual.
  • New laws in EU-mandated KYC information to be collected from Sellers while registering, which decreased the number of successful launches. Delivered new designs that would minimize the complexity for Sellers and make data collection easy by bringing in technologies like OCR to be able to gather correct info with less effort. This doubled the launch rates.
  • As a Seller Experience Designer, lead periodic ethnographic studies across NA, EU, IN to understand Seller pain points about registering on Amazon as a Seller and worked with regional product managers to understand the local priorities and designed the next generation registration/onboarding experience. As an incremental update, changes improved approximately by a quarter in successful Seller launches.
