• Led a team of engineers to develop various tools/features to improve the Engineering System and Developer Productivity of Word Web App (which has ~100M Monthly active users) & M365 (Exchange) engineering workflows. Collaborated with various parters in the company to improve the NSAT score (Engineers Satisfaction Score) by 30+ points and winning accolades from leadership. Received PEX award at Microsoft India level for improving the Micro repo creation time from 2-3 weeks to <2 business days.

• Led a team of engineers which develops new tools & cloud services to improve Developer Productivity for Microsoft 365(M365) Product Team. M365 is Microsoft's flagship productivity offering used by the largest organizations in the world (Fortune 500) as well as public sector. Our team provides Distributed, Scalable, Highly-Reliable, Compliant and Secure Engineering Systems for developers which in-turn serve millions of customers around the world.

• Led a team to improve the Engineering System (DevOps) of Azure Data center Management products. Improved the automation and enabled build pipelines for various releases of these products including 2016, 1801, 1807, 2019 releases. As part of this we worked on migrating SCOM product installer from 18 different language builds to a Single Installer build. We also worked on migration of these build pipelines to 1ES (One Engineering System Pipeline in Git) developing various tools as part of this project.
• I also continued owning the Management Pack development Charter for SCOM. We lighted up new monitoring scenarios for Azure, S2D (Storage Space Direct) Management Packs.
• Moved to Experiences and Devices Org and built a team from scratch during the Pandemic (2020-2022). Led my team to develop and release various tools/services for Microsoft 365 Engineering System Org.

• Led a V-Team of 4-5 engineers to develop from scratch a feature called Updates and Recommendations for a System Center product called SCOM. This helps IT admin using SCOM to know which all workloads are running in their IT environment and helps them to take decision on downloading the right Management Pack for monitoring those workloads. This feature was widely recognized by customers for its intuitive nature and got standing ovation in Ignite conference.
• During this time, I also built a team to own the development of Management packs for various windows workloads.

• Led a team of 8-10 engineers owning the Engineering System Pipeline (DevOps) of Windows Products (NT4, Win 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Server 2008/R2, Windows Vista, Windows 2012/R2, Windows 7, Windows 8). We owned development of scripts/tools for the creation of windows patches of these Windows releases. Our team also improved the Build turnaround time of various windows versions by several hours by doing right optimizations which helped in faster delivery of patches to customers. We also improved developer experience by easing the check-in of fixes across various branches, get test/buddy builds out of it.
