A few years ago, I found myself leading a robotics and automation initiative at Flipkart’s supply chain. We were building robotic vehicles that could process thousands of shipments every hour. In a room of ~40 engineers working on the project… I was the **only woman in the team.** That moment stayed with me. Not because it was uncomfortable — but because it made me realise how important it is for women to **take space, speak up, and lead.** Fast forward to today. I now lead **Shopsy at Flipkart**, where we are reimagining ecommerce for the **next 200M internet users in India**. And something that makes me particularly proud: I lead an **all-women product team** building this platform. Over the years my journey has been shaped by three themes: 🚀 **Building at scale** From supply chain automation and robotics platforms to consumer commerce products used by millions. 🧠 **Bridging deep tech and consumer experience** Working across robotics, logistics platforms, and now AI-driven commerce experiences. 👩‍💻 **Supporting more women in product and leadership** Mentoring women to stay and grow in tech careers — especially in roles where representation is still low. It reminded me how much the industry has evolved — and how much more we can do to build **inclusive leadership in technology.** Outside of work, I’m also a dancer, meditator, and mother to two wonderful boys — roles that constantly remind me about balance, perspective, and resilience.
