• A few of my projects included digital transformation program for the Government of Nigeria, in the oil and gas manufacturing Sector. This was a USD 3 MN & 12 month program with a team size of 15 FTE consultants and an overall team size of 22 FTE. With a complex interplay for multi modal communication, challenging tech adoption landscape, I provided leadership to deliver the program pivoting on customer requirements.
