• Journey with the BPO begin in the year 2003 when I joined Daksh as Technical support executive and was part of US Financial Software Giant, 2004 became lead in same process.
• 2006 got promoted to Assistant Manager Operations span increased from regular Operational activities to Hiring for the process and was the ambassador for the Employee referral program.
• Canadian Tax Group came as an existing challenge and results were all Green and got opportunity Deputy Manager in 2008.
• Transitioned an Australian Financial Software and managed it till early 2010.
• Continue building my horizons and adding own to the knowledge and skill set moved as Manager HR to setup a vertical for New Hire Performance Management.
• So journey started from Operations to hiring than transitioning and now firing as they say “learning never stops”
