About

I like making things work better - whether that’s a messy workflow, a complex system, or a big-picture strategy. At o9 Solutions, I worked with global teams on supply chain and operations problems, helping translate strategy into systems that actually scale. After that, I spent about 6 months on the ground in an SME of 20 Cr+ revenue - across factory floors, dealer networks, production planning, even accounts, trying to understand how things really work. And then slowly started rebuilding parts of it. Along the way, I built two software products that are now used by real businesses: NexaOps: a full-scale ERP for agrochemical SMEs, covering orders, inventory, production, dealers, employees, and payments (currently live across 4 companies). YieldIQ: a platform for farmers offering crop-wise chemical schedules, community support, and updates on government schemes. My engineering background from NIT Nagpur shaped how I think fairly structured and systems-first, but over time, I’ve realised I care just as much about clarity, adaptability, and actually getting things done. I’m drawn to building things that last, whether that’s systems, processes, or teams. I value sharp thinking, honest collaboration, and momentum over perfection.
