• As the Technical Secretary of a college, I was playing a vital role in managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the institution. I was closely work closely with the college administration and be responsible for coordinating with 7+ college communities to ensure that all technical aspects of the college are functioning optimally.
• One of the major highlights of your role as Technical Secretary will be organizing all technical events for the college. I organized upto international + national technical events during this tenure. This involves me working closely with faculty and staff to plan and execute technical programs, workshops, and events that will enhance the learning experience of students.
• In addition to event organization, I was also be responsible for planning and maintaining the technical ecosystem of the college. This will involve maintaining accurate records of technical activities, projects, hardware projects, internships, trainings, software, and hardware and updating technical documentation, manuals, and procedures as needed. I was also be responsible for providing technical support to faculty and staff, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on software and hardware use.
