I was a Co-founder of grood.in, a startup for groceries and food delivery targeting customer with Sodexo passes and Mobo money(an NFC based payment initiative by Tech Mahindra) for payment of the orders, where I used to learn the trends from the data collected from previous orders to find the location of most number of customer to deploy delivery executives at that location, trends in the grocery items that were ordered by most of the customer and some more trends such as time slot when most customers wanted their order to be delivered, etc. Currently, I am a Data Science Aspirant with a deep knowledge of Python Programming, Machine Learning Algorithms, Data Analysis and SQL. I have done projects on Predictive Analytics and Time Series Analysis. I have done Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering from Aeronautical Society of India where I specialized in Aircraft Structures and Finite Element Analysis.

  • grood.in was a startup for groceries and food delivery based out in Bangalore.
  • The startup's priority customer base was people having Sodexo passes and Mobo Money(a NFC based payment initiative by Tech Mahindra) for making their order payments.
  • The thing which was making us different from the competitor in the market was not keeping items in storage and buying it from different supermarkets and delivering it fresh to the customers.
  • I was responsible to collect and gather the data from the previous orders and find some interesting trends in the orders received. Trends such as location with major customer base, items which most of the customers order in common, time slot that customers choose most to get their order delivered based on which we would accumulate most the orders.
  • Also the data insights showed us the customer satisfaction based on the repetitive orders the customers were placing.
  • To make customers aware of the environmental hazards of plastic usage we were delivering most of the dry items in loose condition or wrapped in a paper bag and also provided free cloth bag to the customers for their future use.

  • Data of Force Applied, Area of the section, Load Generated, Material of Beam and Section of Beam was taken into consideration to find the Stress at different sections in a beam structure.
  • The data revealed that the Stress generated in maximum at the center of the beam irrespective of the load applied.
  • Major work was done on Python and Hypermesh tools.
