Currently, I manage the HR ABCD Podcast. It's by the HR for the HR, a bilingual podcast for India's HR community. I research and onboard guests (think SVPs, CHROs, HR Directors from companies like Reliance Jio, Tata Motors, KPMG), write full episode scripts from scratch, build content strategies, plan growth calendars. I'm always thinking about two things in parallel — → How do we grow this? (strategy, data, audience research) → How do we stop doing this manually? (systems, AI based workflows automation) I believe the future belongs to people who can think strategically and execute with leverage. AI isn't a shortcut — it's a force multiplier for people who already know what they're doing.
