• Sourcing the valid profiles through job portals like Monster, Naukri.com.
• Mass mailing, Checking for reference, conducting walk-ins for the requirement
• Short-listing qualified profiles according to client requirement, by communicating with candidates, analyzing authentication of resume, evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, expectation level, minimum joining time & relocation.
• Scheduling face-to-face and telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates and send interview call letters for the same
• Follow up the candidates till they complete all the rounds of interview

• Handling Day-to-Day operations of the Staffing team.
• Responsible for resource demand fulfilment, Free pool resources, Onsite and offshore deployment, Cross training, Resource Ramp Ups and Ramp Downs, utilization of resources, billable and non-billable resources, their divest and rotation plan.
• Responsible for BFSI account (Banking and finance) - Internal recruitment across locations (Offshore / Onshore).

• Co-ordination with Recruitment team for external profiles
• Projecting the recruitment numbers quarter wise, getting approval for the hiring and coordinating with the HR team and necessary departments to complete the hiring procedure and getting the resources on board without any delay.
