My experience includes brand management,CI product launches, promotions and campaigns development.I have experience in developing marketing strategies, research and leading agencies to create messages that are relevant for brand awareness and generating sales. Project management, campaign management and budget management are all part of my daily work as i need to ensure that all campaigns are managed withinin budget and mostly importantly deadlines are reached as to achieve objectives and bring results. I have worked with internal business units to assist them to formulate messages that are within brand as well as also ensuring that we are consistent and relevant in the minds of our consumers. My responsibilities also included working with NBLS (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland) were the objective was to ensure we push products and develop campaigns that drives feet into the forecourt and grow volumes.I have also developed marketing strategies and plans for B2B &B2C working closely with sales team and other stakeholders to promote the brand and grow volumes.
