For almost 15 years I've been driving business growth, most of that time spent in tech. I've led digital transformation projects for top-tier European and US brands across healthcare, telecom, insurance, and finance, scaled companies from 20 to 300+ people, and built commercial teams that kept growing long after I'd set them up. The systemic part comes naturally at this point. Consistently delivering 20-40% year on year growth across different companies and markets teaches you to look for the underlying problem rather than the obvious one. That instinct is backed by formal study at Antwerp Management School and Agile certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional and Delivery at Scale. Outside of the day job I mentor startups, guest lecture, and speak publicly on business growth and digital transformation. I also host Innovantage, a podcast born from too many great conversations with founders, executives, and people from government and education that nobody else got to hear. Every two weeks I try to fix that. Always open to a good conversation.
