About

I’ve spent my career building and scaling modern IT systems, primarily in Apple-heavy environments. From device management to automation to services delivery, I’m drawn to the layer beneath the surface. The part where workflows either hold up under growth or quietly start to crack. I care about systems that make sense. Systems that reduce friction instead of adding to it. Systems that respect both the technical reality and the humans inside them. Over time, I’ve become especially interested in how foundational data layers like identity influence everything else. Not as a buzzword, but as a practical lever for reducing complexity across lifecycle management, onboarding, and automation. Today, as Strategy and Community Lead at Rippling IT, I get to explore those ideas in practice. I spend my time thinking about how modern IT teams can build cleaner systems, while staying closely connected to the Mac Admin and broader IT community. If you’re interested in the intersection of Apple environments, automation, and pragmatic IT strategy, we’ll probably have a good conversation.

Strategy and Community Lead, Rippling IT

Dec 2025Present · 5 mos · New York City Metropolitan Area · Hybrid

  • As Strategy & Community Lead for Rippling IT, I work at the intersection of technical experience, product development, and the IT community.
  • My focus is bringing real-world perspective into how modern IT systems are shaped. With a background leading Apple-heavy environments, I spend time thinking about how device management, automation, identity, and lifecycle workflows actually behave at scale.
  • I work closely with product and cross-functional teams to bring real-world technical perspective into roadmap discussions and how the product is described and delivered.
  • I also stay closely connected to the Mac Admin community and IT leaders more broadly, hosting events, gathering feedback, and sharing insights from the field.
  • The goal is simple: build systems that hold up under growth and make the day-to-day work of IT teams less painful.
