I am a Passionate Engineering Manager who has built multiple teams in India, started from 3 members and grew to 30+ members in 3 years. The teams I worked on building and expanding are: 1. QA team for Server BIOS with testcase development 2. Automation team 3. Continuous Integration team/Devops team 4. BIOS verification team - Pre-silicon platform and BIOS Firmware verification team 5. ODC - Involved in bringing up an ODC(Offshore Development Center) with a team of 17 members from scratch partnering with one of our vendors to expand business without increasing the lab/space footprint. I am also a self-driven engineering manager of 11 years of experience in industry and 3 years in management.
