• Maintain & Publish Key Recruitment KPIs & trackers like Open position tracker, ageing analysis etc.
• Souring profiles through various online portals like naukri, monster, LinkedIn and referrals.
• End to end management of drive for lateral/senior hiring drive.
• Salary negotiation, document verification, salary fitment for shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up to ensure better joining ratio
