Rubbr gives enterprise engineering teams the structure, context, and guardrails required for AI agents to evolve legacy systems safely, without sacrificing quality or control. Rubbr builds on two decades spent inside this world: leading engineering and product teams, launching one of Europe's first startup accelerators, coaching hundreds of CTOs, and advising investors across DevTools and AI. I'm also the founder of The Unicorn CTO, a community of European CTOs and engineering leaders sharing real-world lessons about technology leadership.
