20+ years of experience leading e-commerce operations, platform execution, and product innovation in digital commerce. Currently, I lead D2C E-commerce Operations for Samsung India’s E-store (Samsung.com/in) - one of India's largest brand-owned e-commerce platforms. I am responsible for end-to-end execution of business operations across platform, fulfilment, and customer experience on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). My role focuses on ensuring that business plans translate into reliable, scalable, million-dollar executions. A key part of my work involves driving the intersection of operational excellence and product innovation within the commerce platform that translates business requirements into scalable features that improve conversion rates, reduce cancellations, and enhance customer experiences.
