Performing with core KRA to fulfill the customer requirement with qualitative product within lead-time & get the fully customer satisfaction. Physical stock verification through android cycle count, FIFO, FEFO tracking, Expiry date tracking. Call weekly meetings of staff to discuss operational process, motivation of team, knowledge sharing, team working efficiency & refreshment. Organize Reward & Recognition program (R&R) to enhance the motivation & working performance, productivity of team. Regularly floating reports with seniors - MIS reports, write off details, Stock out articles detail, Fill Rate, Sale Report, IBND / UD etc.
