• Handling day-to-day operational activities of warehouse & Hub. Managing operational challenges, reporting to Regional business head. Taking care of Inbound operation , outbound operation ,GRN ,QC , RTV , Picking operation , Dispatch operation , Stacking , logistics & Packing material. Store P&L analysis and achieving profitability through cost optimization initiatives. Coordination with transporter, Keep track on dispatched consignments, Timely delivery & short out discrepancy issues. Keep eye on category wise sale contribution & analysis on growth, DE growth among categories. Coordination with mother Dc & Buyers team regarding timely delivery status of placed order. Mapping of trade area, delivery capacity planning, route planning to ensure on-time delivery & optimum utilization of manpower & resources. Tracking on sale trend on regular basis & set the MBQ with sale forecasting. Handing the team more than 200 employees including Hub manager, Warehouse manager ,executive, supervisor, skilled & unskilled labor. Roaster management with employees working shifts, W/ Off & C/Off. Performing with core KRA to fulfill the customer requirement with qualitative product within lead-time & get the fully customer satisfaction. Physical stock verification through android cycle count, FIFO, FEFO tracking, Expiry date tracking. Call weekly meetings of staff to discuss operational process, motivation of team, knowledge sharing, team working efficiency & refreshment. Organize Reward & Recognition program (R&R) to enhance the motivation & working performance, productivity of team. Regularly floating reports with seniors - MIS reports, write off details, Stock out articles detail, Fill Rate, Sale Report, IBND / UD etc.
