I build things that solve real problems — and at Gravitee, that means designing and deploying enterprise AI infrastructure, automation pipelines, and internal platforms that people across the company actually rely on daily. My work sits at the intersection of GTM Engineering, Operations, and Solutions Architecture.   • Transitioned to a position involving with Authentication and Equipment Identity Register software for mobile telecommunications. My role was to prepare and customise the software for a particular customer and then install the software on the customer site and provide the subsequent training courses for the upgrade. I successfully completed installations and customer training in over 15 different countries including India, Greece, Estonia, Abu Dhabi and Laos.
  • This role involved extensive customer contact, working under extreme pressure with tight deadlines and the ability to adapt to foreign environments quickly.
  • As well as working as an Installations engineer I have worked as a Process Improvement coordinator. The project, which I initiated, was to eliminate engineer errors whilst editing data files used for site configurations. This was completed by transferring the data file into a Microsoft Word document and then using VBA script to extract the information from the document automatically. This avoided introducing human errors and produce consistent configuration files. This dramatically improved installation times and introduced a positive side effect of customer configuration documentation.
