About

After starting my career in Boston, I went on to spend a few years in San Francisco before heading back east to my home state of Connecticut. The shift toward remote work enabling a move that put me closer to family and friends. Over the course of my career, I've worked for several global companies across a number of industries tending to move to smaller companies whenever the itch to try something new gets too strong to ignore. As part of that journey, I’ve helped prepare two of those companies (Atlassian & GitLab) to go public through the IPO process. I've been lucky enough to partner with an amazingly talented group of people around the world and believe that being surrounded by a diverse cast of characters has helped me to hone my own creativity, collaborative style, and approach to strategy. Experience aside, I really like strong coffee, good design, brevity, and quick wit. I also really enjoy creating–whether that means writing a silly folk song or standing up a website.

Marketing Manager: Global Recruiting

  • Building a brand is hard work, but it's pretty fun too. My goal is to create campaigns that start to establish Atlassian as a household name and convince some of the best people in the world to join our ranks.
  • Working together across multiple departments, our team creates compelling stories about the Atlassian brand and delivers those stories to the masses. We also work together to make sure we don't work too hard.
  • Along the way to building a world class brand, there's a lot to get done; from developing strategy to updating content and everything in between. Luckily, wearing many hats has always been pretty exciting to me.
