Somehow, everything I’ve done keeps circling back to this quiet pursuit of helping people learn, grow, and connect. My path has taken me from shaping spaces in architecture, to designing digital journeys in UX, to building learning experiences. Different mediums, same purpose. Each shift taught me new ways to understand problems, design systems, and create solutions, and to learn from some amazing people. Along the way, at GrowthX, I helped redesign our learning experience using user feedback, data, learning design principles, and targeted interventions to create a more engaging, supportive experience for members. I collaborated with tech and implemented AI-assisted workflows that cut project evaluation time by 99% and made member progress faster, personalised, and better supported. These experiences strengthened not only my tactical abilities but also my situational awareness: knowing how to navigate ambiguity, read context across teams, and choose the right approach for each situation I don't see my hobbies as separate from work; they're all part of how I think. These seemingly unrelated things often give me new ideas or help me solve problems in surprising ways. I find joy in various creative pursuits, including reading books, watching great cinema, and many types of arts and crafts. Curious not only about human behaviors but also about animal behavior, I indulge in wildlife books and documentaries. I’m chasing challenges that make me think differently, adapt fast, and work with others to create positive impact.
