I design fintech and gaming products used across casinos and payment systems in the US the kind where a bad UX decision costs real money, instantly. For the past 9 years, I've been deep in enterprise product design building systems like CenDA, PitXpress, and QuickView at Everi/IGT. These aren't flashy consumer apps. They're mission-critical tools where thousands of transactions flow daily, and every screen has to be bulletproof.
