For the past 3 years at IHX (acquired by Perfios), I have been the sole product designer for a health-insure tech platform that serves as the digital infrastructure connecting hospitals, insurers, TPAs, and government schemes across India. The platform handles the full insurance lifecycle — from eligibility verification and pre-authorisation through claims submission, reconciliation, and settlement — used by 21,000+ active hospitals monthly. Some of what I have shipped: → Redesigned the core claims operations dashboard — restructured the information architecture around how hospital teams actually work. 67% increase in revenue per claim. 3 enterprise group hospital contracts secured. → Designed and shipped a mobile collaboration tool for hospital staff in under a week. Enterprise contract secured on launch. → Built a reporting module that gave hospitals real-time visibility into their own platform data for the first time — replacing manual Excel compilation by a dedicated data team. I am drawn to operational complexity — workflows where clarity and speed matter, users are under pressure, and design decisions have measurable business consequences.
