Assign a team who will work on the project. Make sure to get a daily update from the team and give a status update to the client as well. Make sure that time, cost and scope do not changes, so that there is no delay or extra cost is used for the project. After everything is done, and the client has approved the project, make the project live and deliver the product to the client.
