• I worked on core methods on an internal sales tool. These required navigating databases like MongoDB as well as understanding how SalesForce access tokens work. I also had the responsibility of monitoring API runtimes and highlighting areas of the output that needed improvement.

• I worked on the Centralized Account Planning (CAP) application which allows salespeople to manage customer profiles on a shared site. My role was to implement the PowerPoint automation, which exports the data from CAP into a presentation instantly, saving 5000+ salespeople hours that could be spent in more productive ways.

• As coordinator, I communicate with schools to schedule shows and to ensure that everything is set in place for our shows to be successful. I also mentor and work with Physics Van student volunteers to ensure that they feel comfortable with our demonstrations and explanations.
• During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led the transition from school visits to virtual shows, and I used this as an opportunity to expand our audience by catering to older students with more in depth explanations.
