"Modern observability has a 'Noise' problem. I’m focused on the 'Action' solution." In my decade of building and scaling products—from driving HungerBox to $12M ARR to optimizing hyper-growth loops at Meesho—I’ve seen a recurring failure in technical leadership: we invest millions in "seeing" problems, but almost nothing in "automating" the response to them. At New Relic, I operate at the peak of enterprise observability. I see daily that the gap between a "signal" and a "solution" is filled with alert fatigue, manual toil, and fragmented context. My Thesis: The era of static alerting is over. I believe the next frontier of engineering velocity is Alerts-as-Code. We need to move away from passive dashboards and toward an Intelligent Workflow Layer—one that doesn't just fire an alert, but automatically enriches it with system context, correlates it across the stack, and executes the first line of defense.
