• In 1990 I co-founded ADMAR, a highly respected Specialist Data Agency, and over the years I have been involved in many complex data projects.
• By combining my quarter of a century practical experience and my degree in law, I help my clients navigate the vagaries of Data Protection legislation together with Information Governance, and I am further enhancing this knowledge by embarking on my LLM (Masters in Law - specifically in Information Rights Law and Practice).
• Clients use my skills in many ways. I and my team help write polices, perform informal and formal data audits, fire-fight data disasters, train their staff and predict future DPA changes helping them preempt changes, both now and in the future with the ever changing legislative landscape. In so doing I help protect their reputation, their brand and their exposure to financial penalties. I am immensely proud of being part of the team that created our certified Data Protection training courses/workshops and deliver these courses with passion and enthusiasm. I am also a keen trainer on bespoke in-house workshops and enjoy delivering them both face-to-face and virtually.

• In 1990 I was one of the proud founders of ADMAR Data Services, a specialist agency offering bespoke data, consultancy and training services which is still going strong today. My co-director and I built the company on quality, honesty, integrity and friendliness and this has attracted like-minded clients, which has held us in good stead through the last three recessions.
• Since leaving school I have achieved both a BSc and law degree, as well as many other coaching and NLP skills. In addition to having a keen sense of ethical business values, I also have a strong belief in giving back to the community. In my early days I volunteered with the St. John Ambulance, and latterly offer my mentoring and coaching skills to Lincoln University and other educational establishments.
