• I also liaise extensively with infrastructure teams, coordinating with them infrastructure requirements from the application perspective to ensure that our application is available 24/7.
• I am also heavily involved in the change management process, managing code releases to maximise business benefit while minimising client impact and downtime.
• I was a winner of the Commonwealth Bank CEO award in 2009 for providing excellent customer service to my internal clients.

I was part of the team that builds and maintains the FirstNet application, a front-end online application that allows investors in Colonial First State access to their investments and funds.
