I've spent nearly two decades in HR - at Mercer, American Express, Amazon, and now GreyOrange. The through-line across all of it: People strategy, done well, is indistinguishable from business strategy. At GreyOrange, I build the talent and culture infrastructure behind a physical AI company. My approach is grounded in curiosity and pattern recognition - studying what actually drives performance and designing systems that scale.
