• Led the Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) team, one of Tekion’s three core cloud platforms. Built the engineering team from the ground up and guided them to deliver a robust and scalable platform. Improved customer satisfaction through continuous product enhancements and a strong focus on reliability.
• My role involved collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align on goals, prioritize initiatives, and architect technical solutions. Drove effective cross-team collaboration, technical planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful platform delivery and growth.
• I played a key role in driving the technical vision and architectural decisions, while also taking cross-team ownership to ensure alignment across multiple engineering groups.
• I was a founding member of the API Review and Guideline Group, where I collaborated with stakeholders to define and enforce API standards and best practices. This initiative aimed to streamline how APIs were designed, developed, and exposed to partners, resulting in improved consistency, reliability, and ease of integration across the ecosystem.

• As Lead Engineer, I spearheaded the creation of Tekion’s no-code/low-code developer platform—from initial concept to scalable product. Starting with just four engineers, I architected and built the platform from the ground up, enabling third-party developers to efficiently build, customize, and extend the Tekion ecosystem.
• I led the team’s growth, scaling both the talent and technical foundation to meet strategic ambitions. This experience deepened my expertise in product development, engineering leadership, and complex decision making.
