I lead a venture focused on farmer finance, agronomy and market linkage at the Crop Science division of Bayer. As part of the APAC Digital Farming Incubator, we focus on developing Digital Farming solutions for the region and Smallholder farmers in particular. Through work in consulting and strategy, I developed excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, making me well equipped to solve complex problems, contribute end-to-end and derive sound recommendations for actionable strategic decisions. I have a thorough understanding of the agriculture industry, including its value drivers and trends. This enables me to deliver digital farming solutions to make agriculture more data-driven, tailored to the grower and sustainable. I love building new things in diverse teams. Driven by purpose, I have a solution-oriented working style and am able to cope with uncertainty and ambiguity. In order to build something new, I constantly seek improvements to the status quo and challenge given structures.
