At Your Search Solution, my mission is to source top-tier technical talent with a spotlight on Start-Ups and Tech Companies. I built my expertise over 13 years and largely during my transformative tenure at Red Hat. There, I re-architected the global talent pipelines, integrated bias blocking mechanisms at the core of process enhancements, and created progressive candidate profiling workflows. This involved program management, strategic recruitment marketing, and the implementation of automated workflows that significantly improved candidate experiences.
