The packaged food business gave me the projection I was looking for in the business. Now, it's been 9 years since we have been working in this space. We started Sattviko in 2014 with the aim of presenting traditional Indian food in a modern avatar. When we started Sattviko in India, Makhana became our bestseller. Makhana (Lotus Puffs) is a combination of Calcium, Magnesium, Fibre, and extraordinary taste - Something that is a boon for nutrition enthusiasts. Because it had a HUGE potential, I decided to expand it to the US market as people are more concerned about Yoga and Nutrition. With FoodYoga snacks I help Yogis in the US by: - Providing essential post-yoga nutrients - Crafting health-enhancing, plant-based snacks - Offering a range of alternative veg options tailored for the yogic lifestyle We launched these snacks in multiple flavors so that our customers don’t get bored/ Currently, we have two working models: - Branded Food Model (Foodyoga) - Contract Manufacturing Business( A Grade Certified Manufacturing facility in Udaipur, India) During my entrepreneurial phase in the food and yoga industry, I have gone on a roller coaster ride. In this journey, I have: + Successfully led a thriving food business for 6 plus years + Been 2nd Time Food Entrepreneur + Been a Star Salesperson I focus on providing foods rich in antioxidants, Omega 3, stress-relieving components, and probiotics, aligning with the holistic wellness goals of Yogis.
