About

The shift from Cloud & IT to HR wasn't a pivot — it was a pattern recognition. Systems break for the same reasons teams do: unclear ownership, poor feedback loops, and processes that outlive their purpose. I just swapped servers for people strategies. What I actually do: At Deloitte USI, I sit at the intersection of talent operations and learning quality — using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to cut the administrative drag that keeps HR teams from doing real work. I'm less interested in reporting metrics and more interested in what they're hiding. Where I'm headed: I'm actively exploring PMO roles where a technical foundation isn't a novelty — it's an asset. If you're building a function that wants data fluency without losing the human judgment, that's the conversation I want to have. Outside work: half marathon training, cinema, and an ongoing argument with myself about Indian geopolitics. Open to connecting if the work is serious.

  • HR sits at the intersection of people and process — and that's exactly where I operate.
  • At Deloitte USI, I work across two distinct but connected functions: Employee Engagement and Learning & Development Operations. On the engagement side, I support WFH governance, Rewards & Recognition programs, and Exit Interview analysis. On the L&D side, I manage end-to-end learning operations — enrollment reporting, LMS administration, portfolio tracking, and global training coordination across platforms like Zoom.
  • What ties both together is analytics. I don't just run reports — I look for what the numbers are pointing at, then build the dashboards and MIS frameworks that help stakeholders make faster, better decisions.
  • I'm building toward roles that sit at the edge of HR ops, learning strategy, and client service — where operational rigour and human outcomes aren't a tradeoff.

  • At DXC Technology, I worked within the Cloud & Infrastructure team managing enterprise-level IT environments spanning AWS, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure — with a focus on uptime, security, and performance.
  • Day-to-day, this meant incident management via ServiceNow (L1/L2), access and identity governance through Active Directory and IAM, system patching, backup and recovery operations, and performance monitoring across VMware and SCCM environments. I also contributed to automation efforts using PowerShell to reduce manual overhead on routine tasks.
  • Beyond the technical work, I collaborated with distributed global teams on infrastructure migrations and issue resolution — which is where I first developed an instinct for cross-functional problem-solving that I've carried into HR.

Ex Co-Founder

  • Founded and operated a group travel venture focused on the Eastern Ghats — curating weekend expeditions that combined adventure, community, and active wellbeing for working professionals.
  • Built the operation from the ground up: coordinating with local businesses, accommodation partners, and the National Cadet Corps (for rope rappelling, safety, and leadership-led activities), while managing itinerary design, travel consultation, and end-to-end logistics. Events spanned hiking, waterfall treks, cycling expeditions, and beach runs — all designed around the idea that the best teams are built outside office walls.
  • Managed community engagement across Instagram and WhatsApp, growing a recurring participant base and maintaining stakeholder relationships across public and private tourism networks.
  • What I built: Route & itinerary design · Stakeholder coordination · Community management · Event logistics · Local business partnerships

Personal goal pursuit

Aug 2020Aug 2022 · 2 yrs · Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India

  • Nineteen SSB attempts. Not a footnote — a defining chapter.
  • Most people test the waters. I kept going back. Each Services Selection Board attempt sharpened something that no classroom could: composure under assessment, self-awareness at pressure, and a genuine understanding of what military leadership demands from a person.
  • Along the way, I cleared CDS, AFCAT, INET, and CGCAT — competitive defence and government examinations that sit among the harder filters in the country. The outcomes didn't always go my way, but the depth of knowledge they demanded stayed.
  • Today, that foundation shapes how I read the world — defence strategy, military policy, geopolitical risk, and the security frameworks that hold (or fail to hold) international order together. It's not a hobby. It's a lens.
