About

I fix hard things, scale great ones, and build teams that outlast the distance. Over 15+ years across technology, automotive, and multiple industries, I've led businesses through complete turnarounds and high-growth transformations (often both at once). I've taken a division from multi-million dollar losses to becoming its best performer financially and culturally, delivered 84% sales growth in 12 months, and helped scale a business from a team of 5 and almost no revenue to 18 people and several million in revenue (and climbing). I tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear and I believe that the gap between strategy and results is almost always about people and I know how to close that gap. My edge is knowing when to push, when to rebuild, and when to get out of the way and let great people do what they do best. I'm a coach at heart, I've had the privilege of mentoring leaders who've gone on to do remarkable things, and that honestly sits alongside the P&L wins as some of my proudest moments. Outside work, I've completed an Ironman, survived a two-week wilderness survival course and taken deliberate career breaks to travel and live in different parts of the world. I mention it because it's not unrelated: the same mindset that gets you through mile 140 of a triathlon is the one I bring to a business that needs turning around. If you're looking for a leader who's done it for real, across industries, at scale, and under pressure: let's talk.
