• As a member of the Product Sales Squad, I built and deployed an independent backend module in NestJS that housed the following:
• The Bounced EMI Collection Journey: To ease collection of bounced EMI payments for sold insurance policies transitioning the process from semi-manual to digital
• Aarogya Care Sales Journey: Managed a 3-person team in overhauling Aarogya Care's sales APIs, optimizing API contracts, data flows, databases schemas, and enhancing code quality, reliability and security through code reviews and testing, resulting in high-performance APIs that boosted daily sales and eliminated production bugs and downtime present in the previous implementation.
• Aarogya Care Referral Contest: Implemented a referral contest leveraging facilitating ideation, execution, and testing achieving positive user engagement with nearly 350 participants in an internal company contest prior to launch.

• Optimized and streamlined product issuance for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company (BAGIC) by implementing an event-driven solution with Kafka. The event-driven solution led to a sixfold increase in the issuance process.
• Aided in a partnership between BFHL and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) by rapidly developing backend RESTful APIs using Spring Boot for the smooth launch of the GSK VaxiPay Program.
• Engineered an in-app pedometer to enhance user engagement and promote BFHL's in-app currency known as "Health Coins." This pedometer was built by integrating the app with the Google Fit SDK on Android and the Apple Health SDK on iOS.

• Led the app-wide migration of React Navigation framework from v3 to v5. This migration enabled our consumer app to leverage the latest enhancements and updates in React Navigation.
• Engineered a persistent notification through native development within the React Native app, using an endless ongoing Android service and broadcast receiver. This notification featured convenient shortcuts to various entry points within the app.
• Built the user interface for the Lab visit booking and rescheduling journey (i.e., the labs section on the app)
