Ivan Sivák — Co-Founder

I’ve been building software for more than 25 years, ever since I became obsessed with programming as a 13-year-old experimenting with OpenGL, 3D graphics, and my own attempts at creating software inspired by tools like Softimage XSI and Maya. That early fascination with building complex systems is still what drives me today. Over the years, I’ve worked across many layers of software engineering, from graphics and low-level technical experimentation to enterprise systems, product development, and AI platforms. I founded BotX, an AI company focused on helping organizations design, deploy, and scale intelligent automation faster and more cost-effectively. BotX, today the Synthreo, where I serve as CTO, Co-Founder, and Co-Owner, helping shape the product and technical direction of the company as we build AI systems for real-world business use. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on a wide range of products and initiatives, and I’ve launched both for-profit and non-profit ventures. What has remained constant is my passion for turning ambitious ideas into working systems. Beyond the company-building side, I’m deeply interested in AI research, AGI, and the intersection of AI, neuroscience, and philosophy. I’m still the same geek who loves understanding how intelligence works, and how to build systems that push a little closer to it.
