• Effectively handled academic, behavioral, emotional and personal problems of children from nursery to 12th standard. Provided emotional, personal and parenting counseling for parents and teachers. Conducted individual and group counseling sessions.
• Presented self development programs and value education classes for students (3 – 12 standards) on communication, assertiveness, time management, bullying etc.
• Engaged in career assessment and counseling for students above 9th standard.
• Interviewed nursery children (3 years) (2007-2008 batches) by assessing their motor co-ordination, speech and language, cognitive skills, and behavior and their general exposure to the things around them.
• Developed a questionnaire to assess the skills of students in sixth standard.
• Posters related to general and career counseling were prepared to provide more information to the students.
