With more than 4 years of recruiting in the IT industry, I really enjoy my job as a Talent Acquisition Specialist — whether it's tracking down that niche candidate nobody can find, or contacting hiring managers about closing a senior level position that they've had open for months. At my current employer, Kaara Info Systems, I manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across various technical disciplines, including but not limited to Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, RPA, and Gen AI. I engage in all aspects of the recruitment process — sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees. I have recruited for both enterprise and start-up companies, managed multiple features at one time, and made sure that each candidate had a great experience throughout each recruitment cycle. That balance is very important to me!
