Hi! I’m Siyona Behera. I recently graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Applied Data Science and will be starting my M.S. in Business Analytics at University of California, Davis this fall. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across software engineering, analytics, NLP, and unstructured data through internships, research, and technical projects. A lot of my experience has centered around figuring out how to take messy or complex information and turn it into something more useful, structured, and actionable. I’m especially interested in the connection between data and business decision-making, not just building technical solutions, but understanding how they can actually help teams solve problems, work more efficiently, and make better decisions. As I begin my MSBA, I’m excited to continue exploring opportunities in business analytics, product/data strategy, and AI-focused consulting and analytics roles.
