I lead product and UX for an online EMS platform covering fabrication, assembly, and components.
I built the cart and checkout to create a seamless multi-service ordering experience, along with setting up proper instrumentation to back decisions with data using GA4, Clarity, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Rebuilt the user dashboard information architecture so people instantly understand what’s happening with their projects and what action to take next, using clearer tables, statuses, filters, and quick actions.
Defined the components the e-commerce MVP with discovery work and flow design focused on price and stock clarity, plus smoother ordering across BOM upload and search.
Drove growth through SEO aware UX by restructuring IA, building templated landing pages, and tightening internal linking based on search demand.
