At SS&C , I’ve had the opportunity to merge my love for engineering with practical AI/ML innovation. ✅Integration of an AI-powered conversational chatbot into a financial awareness application, leveraging LLaMA models with RAG as a service to deliver accurate, context-aware financial insights. ✅ Collaboration with the LLM Provider Team to design and optimise hybrid search strategies for RAG systems. ✅ Delivered a multi-environment ingestion pipeline that processes approximately 500–600 PDFs/day in lower environments and ~800 PDFs/day in production. ✅ Built high-impact proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate LLM providers, vector-store strategies (managed vs in-house), and ingestion patterns. ✅ Configured load balancers, CI/CD, and server setups across all environments, ensuring scalability and reliability for the AI chatbot.
