Sourabh Ghaghre has completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from NIT Calicut. He is passionate about optimization, demand forecasting, analytics, and data science, with a strong foundation in these areas. Sourabh is proficient in Python, and has hands-on experience with MySQL, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Machine Learning, statistics, advanced Excel, and Power BI. As a Junior Research Fellow at IIT Tirupati, I am developing a reliability-based maintenance management framework for hot rolling mills in steel production. My work focuses on conducting FMECA analysis, identifying critical components using the Risk Priority Number (RPN), and determining reliability parameters like failure rate, MTTF, MTTR, and RUL. I collaborate closely with industry partners to collect and analyze operational data, aiming to enhance system reliability. Additionally, I integrate machine learning to predict equipment failures and improve maintenance schedules, driving greater efficiency in steel production systems. In addition, Sourabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from RGPV University, Bhopal (MP).
