Used all of the standard job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) LinkedIn became my most powerful tool to search for candidates and post jobs. In a slow time I built up a very strong network of 3rd party suppliers and referrals within the Delaware Valley Market. Firm believe that the telephone is still the best way to track down candidates, but still used email, and set up blast for candidates in our database.
