• As part of Ola, I have mainly spent my time as part of the Ola Share team. Share your ride and save your travel cost. I worked on the below major features over and above the everyday small tasks during my time in the team:
• Reaffirmation on Cab Cancellation
• This feature aims at reducing customer cancellations by showing a prompt based on the historical supply and demand trend for that pickup area.
• Impact: Customer cancellations reduced by 6.3% on average leading to an extra 12.6K more completed bookings per day.
• Share in International
• Played a major role in taking Share to the international market by actively incorporating all the changes within a short span of time. The best part was that there was zero downtime when these changes were deployed to production. The predicted impact is around 10K bookings per day and is bound to increase exponentially.
• Configurable retry params while finding a cab
• This feature retries the allotment process in case of non­availability of cabs with an increased cab search radius/ETA rather than the original static values.
• Impact: Fulfillment rate for Share requests increased by 5.4%.

• I was part of the team Monyog. The tool is used to monitor MySQL servers and helps the DBAs to find and fix problems with the MySQL database applications. Few of my major contributions during my time here:

• We faced the client side wherein the customers would directly talk to us in case they were facing some issues and we would help them resolve it.

• It is a startup that aims to reduce the monthly bills based on users call and data logs. My job currently focuses on data collection for multi sim phones.
• The current version of the app does not work on all of the multi sim phones, so I have to find such phones and fix the app accordingly.

• As a Software Developer Intern, I worked on a live project for Microsoft titled “Automated Reminder Mail Notifications for Missing Deliverables.”
• I also worked on SharePoint Portal for “Planning Services by Microsoft.” My
• responsibilities were:
• 1. Bug Fixing: I was given a task to fix this SharePoint site, where whole of the
• site was working fine, except for two pages which were taking more than 15
• minutes to load.
• 2. Migrate Content from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 portal.
